I Remember this day 8 years ago so well , came to visit you Nan but you wasn’t really yourself that day , but we still spent the day having our chats and even some laughs . Little did I know how ill you were becoming that day & it was to be my last day spending time with you in your flat , my first home . Typical of you Nan I think you put on a very brave face , probably didn’t want a fuss . My lovely Nan , You are always in my heart and I treasure all the years you were with us . I miss you dearly & always will .
